You have completed the Duo enrollment process. You are now required to use Duo each time you remote in from outside the hospital (through Gateway or RDP).

Device Troubleshooting:

At some point, you may not receive a notification from DUO to your mobile device. This is a known issue and is seen in both iPhone and Android devices. If you have an issue receiving a notification, please do the following:

Android: Check Notification Settings.
  1. Open Settings in Android OS.
  2. Select Apps and scroll down to select Duo Mobile.
  3. On the App Info page, tap Notifications.
  4. Ensure Duo Push requests / Notifications are toggled On.


iPhone IOS:
  1. On the iPhone, open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Duo Mobile.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. If "Allow Notifications" box is already checked, uncheck and then re-check it. If it was not yet checked, check it. Verify that notifications are configured how you want them.
  5. Fully close (double-tap home button and swipe up) Duo Mobile.
  6. Open Duo Mobile again.
